We should be proud of our our blackness and who we are! I was thinking about it ..I said gee, I look at when I walk around and I see the folks on TV and and the folks in our community and all of them are trying to have this long flowing blonde hair and stuff. I just wonder about that because I said who's to say that standard of beauty is the ONLY standard of beauty or that's supposed to be the standard of beauty for all others to strive to. I think the media plays a big part with folks trying to look like the Kardashians or what not. We have our own look. Let's do more as a society to incorporate everyone's beauty. Blonde hair, Afro textures and all.
